Cooking instructions
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months. Refrigerate after opening. HOW TO USE: Refrigerate after opening. Do not microwave jar. Dissolve 2 teaspoons concentrate in 8 oz. (1 cup) boiling water, use 2 ½ tablespoons per quart (4 cups) of broth needed. Add to any recipe calling for broth, stock or bouillon. Chef Tip: Use broth concentrate to enhance recipes in place of added salt.
