I NEED THIS PARMESANA

If you want to shake then run to bake

Needing more hours in the day to shake and bake

I have never tried a crusted tilapia like this in all the years I've been organizing the town's annual fish fry. First off the parmesan crusting is the best tasting one we have ever had so I will never know why it didn't win. We have a lot of elderly members and we can no longer have a lot of fried food but our annual fish fry is still a hit. Fry it, bake it, shake it!
