Cooking instructions
Hot Water (Recommended): Adding hot water to top fill line. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Microwave: Add water to top fill line. Cook on high for 1 minute. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Overnight Oats: Add water to bottom fill line. Stir and cover with lid. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Caution: Cup and contents may be hot. Store in a cool, dry place.
