Cooking instructions

Preparation Instructions: For 1-1/2 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 to 6 breasts). (1) Heat oven to 400 degrees F. (2) Measure I/2 cup coating mix; pour onto large plate. (3) Moisten chicken with water. Add to coating mix, one breast at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with coating mix. Transfer to foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mix. (4) Bake chicken 20 min. or until done (165 degrees F). Do not cover or turn chicken while baking.
