Shake well before use. To Grill: Marinate salmon steaks in sealed bag or bowl. Turn bag or salmon steaks gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes for stronger flavor. Lightly grease grill rack. Grill should be at medium heat. Allow at least 5 minutes Before turning salmon steaks. This allows the marinade to caramelize and lock in the flavor. Brush additional sauce on while cooking if desired. Cook 12 to 15 minutes per inch of thickness. To Bake: Marinate same as above. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy! Refrigerate after opening.
