Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO THAW: Thaw times may vary depending on your equipment. Refrigerated: 1. Thaw desired number of packages in refrigerator 7-8 hours or overnight (Do not unpack from plastic bag). 2. Let stand at room temperature 30 min before using (Open plastic bag when other ingredients are prepared ready to assemble). HOW TO USE: 1. Unroll dough sheets on flat dry surface. Remove desired number of sheets; immediately cover with plastic wrap and damp towel. 2. Reroll unused sheets; seal tightly in plastic bag and refreeze up to 3 weeks or refrigerate 3 days. 3. Use in your favorite phyllo recipe. Chef Tips: Per recipe, brush each layer of phyllo completely with melted butter or margarine. Be sure to brush last layer. Apply cool filling that isn't extremely moist. Brush assembled pieces withbutter before baking. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet.
