Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK:Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment.For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165° F.Stovetop:1. Preheat medium skillet on MED-HIGH heat; add potatoes and cover. 2. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; cook 10 minutes, stirring often. 3. Remove cover; cook 5-7 more minutes until desired crispness. Oven:Preheat over to 450 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place desired amount of potatoes on baking sheet in single layer.2. Bake 13-16 minutes, turning halfway through. 3. Remove from oven; let rest 3 minutes before serving.
