Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to serve. If thawed, do not refreeze. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Place vegetables on a greased large baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with about 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2. Bake 15-16 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Season to taste. Stovetop: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large, non-stick skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add vegetables to skillet; stir. 2. Cook 8-9 minutes, stirring often until thoroughly cooked. Season to taste. Chef Tips: Add cooked grilled vegetables to your favorite sandwich or use as a pizza topping. For easy clean up, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
