Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 165 degrees F. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees with rack in center. 2. Remove desired number of egg rolls; place on baking sheet. 3. Bake 27-30 minutes, until golden brown. Deep Fry (Thaw egg rolls before deep frying): To Thaw in Microwave (1000 watts): Place egg roll(s) in paper towels. Microwave 1 roll on High 45 seconds. Add 30 seconds for each additional roll. To thaw in Refrigerator: Place desired number of egg rolls in refrigerator 6-24 hours. 1. Preheat oil to 325 degrees F. Placed thawed egg rolls in fryer. Do not crowd. 2. Fry 5-6 minutes or until golden brown outside. 3. Remove rolls; drain on paper towels. CAUTION: Filling will be hot. Use caution if deep frying.
