Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK:Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment.Cook thoroughly to 165°F.Stovetop:1. Place non-stick skillet on MEDIUM heat. Add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil and frozen veggie noodles; cover.2. Cook until thawed, about 4 minutes. Use tongs to gently move noodles around in the skillet.3. Continue to cook 3-5 minutes, covered until noodles are tender and lightly browned if desired. Season to taste and serve.Oven Roast:1. Preheat oven to 425° F with rack in center.2. Thaw noodles in a colander with cool running water. Spread on non-stick baking sheet. Toss thawed veggie noodles with 2 Tbsp olive oil. Season to taste.3. Bake 8-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked, tender and lightly browned, if desired.
