Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen.HOW TO COOK:Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment.Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F.Cook from frozen.Stovetop:1. Preheat small non-stick skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH heat, add about 1 teaspoon oil.Place frozen burger in skillet.2. Cook about 4 minutes, carefully flip burger. Reduce heat to MEDIUM, cook additional 4-5 minutes; turning often for even browning.Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Place desired number of frozen burgers on a lightly oiled non-stick baking sheet.3. Bake 10 minutes. Carefully flip burgers; cook additional 5-8 minutes for even browning.Grill:1. Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH2. Grease grill grates carefully by brushing with vegetable oil.3. Place frozen burgers on grill; close lid. Cook burgers 3-4 minutes each side, carefully turning once.
