Cooking instructions

Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Stir-Fry: 1. Place 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in a large skillet or wok over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. 2. Stir fry 6-8 minutes until vegetables are thoroughly cooked and lightly brown. Season to taste. Stovetop: 1. Bring ½ cup water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add desired amount of stir-fry vegetables; cover and return quickly to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; cook 4-5 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring halfway through. Drain; season to taste. Microwave (1100 watt)*: 1. Place desired amount of stir-fry vegetables in microwave-safe container; cover. Cook on HIGH according to chart. 2. Allow for standing time. Carefully remove from oven; drain. Season to taste. MICROWAVE COOKING CHART: ½ Package = Cook for 4-5 min, stirring after 2 min, and let stand 2 min. Full package = Cook for 7-8 min, stirring after 4 min, let stand 2 min. *Lower wattage microwave ovens may require more cook time.
