Cooking instructions
Keep Frozen. HOW TO HEAT: Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Heat from Frozen. Heat thoroughly to 165 degrees F.Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Remove tray from sleeve and place on microwave-safe plate. (Do not peel or pierce plastic film.) 2. Heat on HIGH 3 ½ min; remove from microwave. Carefully peel film from tray; stir pork then black beans. Replace film. 3. Continue to heat on HIGH 2 ½ - 3 min. Allow to rest in microwave 1-2 min. 4. Remove from microwave; carefully peel film avoiding steam. Caution: Tray and contents will be HOT.
