Cooking instructions
What You Need: 1/2 C coconut oil (or oil of choice) + 2/3 C water + 3 eggs. Baking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Line muffin tin or lightly grease. Set aside. 2. Beat eggs, oil, and water until combined. Add muffin mix. Stir until combined. Pour into muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins (do not consume raw). 3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-18 mins or until golden brown. Store in a cool, dry place.

Almond Flour, Non-GMO Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener (Erythritol and Monk Fruit Extract), Sugarcane Fiber, Tapioca Fiber, Blueberry Flavored Bits (Soluble Fiber, Rice Flour, Degermed Corn Grits, Tapioca Starch, Natural Flavor, Sunflower Oil, Fruit and Vegetable Extracts [for Color], Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Monk Fruit), Cellulose, Psyllium, Fava Bean Protein, Natural Flavors, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin.
