Cooking instructions
Microwave: ALWAYS FOLLOW HEATING INSTRUCTIONS. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE; Microwave Oven; Directions were developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; heat times may need to be adjusted; PREPARE FROM FROZEN; 1. Remove frittata(s) from wrapper.Place on a microwave-safe plate; 2. Microwave on HIGH as follows; 1100 watts: Heat 1 Frittata 50-60 seconds Heat 2 Frittatas 1 minute 40 seconds-1 minute 50 seconds; 700 watts: Heat 1 Frittata 60-80 seconds Heat 2 Frittatas 2 minutes-2 minutes 20 seconds; 3. Let stand 1 minute before serving; CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT. ENJOY!
