Cooking instructions

Cook thoroughly. Microwave only. For food safety and quality, follow these instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need adjustment. Microwave Oven (1100 Watt): 1. Remove meal from carton. Do not pierce or remove Fresh-Seal film before cooking. 2. Cook on high for 5 to 5-1/2 minutes. Film may balloon slightly. 3. Stir Gently: Carefully peel back film using corner tab, stir gently, lay film back over dish. Microwave on high setting an additional 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. 4. Let stand 2-3 minutes, carefully remove film, stir gently and enjoy. Caution: Product will be hot! Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape. Film may split during cooking. Do not reheat the plate. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster ovens. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use.
