Cooking instructions
Recommended Storage: Unopened, our bread stays fresh in your pantry for at least four weeks! For best results, do not freeze. Once opened, store bread in a plastic bag or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.

Filtered Water, Rice Flour (White & Sweet Rice), High Oleic Safflower Oil, Sunflower Seeds, Tapioca Starch, Egg White, Granulated Sugar, Invert Sugar (from Cane), Bamboo Fiber, Yeast, Modified Cellulose, Xanthan Gum, Orange Citrus Fiber, Salt, Baking Powder (Glucono Delta Lactone, Calcium Carbonate & Magnesium Carbonate). Enriched with Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid and Vitamin D.
