dairy free.

cookie part of the ice cream sandwich is like eating sand-coated millet balls. grainy and crumbly, not in a good way.

vanilla ice cream lacks flavor. cookie is overly spiced with cinnamon, does not taste like a "lush and loveable scoop." tastes thin and sad.

overly expensive.

not as advertised ("lush and loveable scoop, sandwiched between two chewy choc-chip oat cookies..."). this is flavorless ice cream between two grainy, sandy, crumbly seed cakes. there are so many ways to make a GF cookie that tastes good and has good texture and this ain't it. they need to go back to the drawing board on this one.
