Cooking instructions
Cooks in 3 minutes. Preparation: 1. Bring 4 1/2 cups of water of or broth to a rapid boil. Salt to taste. 2. Remove from heat add polenta to water by pouring slowly while stirring until mixture thickens, about 3 min. 3. Serve creamy with butter and cheese.
