Cooking instructions
To Measure Bisquick Mix: Spoon into dry-ingredient measuring cup; level with knife. Do not sift. You Will Need: 2 Cups Heart smart Bisquick mix. 1 1/4 cups fat-free (skim) milk. 1 egg. (1) Stir ingredients until blended. (2) Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. (3) Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): no change. For heart healthy pancakes at just add the following ingredients in step 1 of our heart smart pancakes recipe. 1 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk. 2 egg whites. To maintain freshness, refrigerate after opening.
