Not what it should be - at all!!!!

Quality is gone!

This, once, top quality bread has been sliced into nothing more than a wad of baked so-so dough. I used to go out of my way to get Maier's. Now I'm looking for a replacement for it. Why can't companies leave well enough alone.

Integrity gone

Taste and structure has gone down.

It flakes apart like old bread.

This used to be the most tasty bread. Very soft. I couldn't wait to have an egg salad sandwich cause it was so soft. The last 4 loads I've gotten, one today, have all started falling apart and flaking reminding me of old Arnold bread. It's like you left the bread outThis used to be the most tasty bread. Very soft.
