Cooking instructions
Soup directions: For a single serving of clear soup add one teaspoon of mix to one cup of boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes. Add to soup: parsley and cooked vegetable strips, matzo balls. Add to casseroles or gravies for extra chicken flavor. Microwave*: add 1 teaspoon of mix to 1 cup of water, stir and microwave at high (100%), for 5 minutes. For a richer chicken flavor soup: add parsley leaves and sliced carrots, microwave at high for 10 minutes. *Cooking times are based on full power (600 to 700 watt) microwave ovens.
