For added flavor and variety, use a topping on soups, vegetables, casseroles and even ice cream desserts; crush noodles and use in place of bread crumbs for meat loaf or as a breading crust. And... Sun Luck Chow Mein Noodles are also excellent as a snack-fresh from the package, you'll enjoy their crunchy flavor. Extra Crispness: Spread noodles on a cookie sheet and place in a preheated oven to 350°F for 3-5 minutes; or in a microwave use high heat for 1 minute.
