I love these. I'm vegetarian and have food allergies. I eat 4 at a time, and cook for 5 minutes each side, on a non stick frying pan, on medium heat. No need to use oil at all. They are already pre fried. I top them with Herdes brand Green Salsa . A nice combo. My new favorite quick snack or meal.

Cooking instructions

One-step heating directions (Keep frozen until use). In a skillet, heat frozen pancakes at medium setting (300 degrees F) with a little oil or cooking spray for approximately 5 minutes on each side. In a conventional or toaster oven, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen pancakes on a baking sheet or aluminum foil. Heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.
