Can't see the directions because of the white print against the orange. The first one I bought with help of magnifying glass and tilting the paper said I could pan fry it so was really glad I didn't have to use the oven. Now the newer ones say have to use the oven so won't be buying anymore. Sad because I really liked them. Price is high too

Place frozen fillets in single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 16-20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 165°F before enjoying!
