Cooking instructions
Directions for smoothie mix: combine one scoop (inside of container) of our delicious smoothie mix with 8 fl oz of fat free milk in a large glass or shaker. Stir or shake well. Enjoy! Want a thicker smoothie? Blend smoothie mix, fat free milk and 1/2 cup of ice in a blender until smooth. If you want to lose weight and are under 18, pregnant, nursing, following a diet recommended by a doctor, have health problems such as diabetes, or want to lose more than 30 lbs, see a doctor before starting this or any diet. Do not lose more than 2 pounds per week after the first week. Repid weight loss may cause health problems. Do not use as a sole source of nutrition. Consume at least 1,200 calories a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and drink plenty of water.
