Cooking instructions
Keep Refrigerated.<br/><br/>HOW TO COOK: <br/>Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven Roasted: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. <br/>1. Toss squash with 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper if desired. <br/>2. Arrange in single layer on a large baking sheet. <br/>3. Roast about 30 minutes or until tender and browned, turning halfway through. <br/>Option: Squash can be roasted at 350 degrees F 35-40 minutes. <br/>Stovetop: <br/>1. Bring 3/4 cup water and squash to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan, reduce heat and cover. 2. Simmer about 12-15 minutes or until tender. <br/>3. Carefully drain squash, mash and add your favorite seasoning. <br/><br/>Microwave (1100 watts): <br/>1. Place squash in 2-quart microwave-safe dish with cover. <br/>2. Cook on HIGH 9-10 minutes or until tender. Let rest 2 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from oven; drain, mash and add your favorite seasoning.
