Cooking instructions
Keep Refrigerated. Do not microwave in package. Keep Refrigerated. Cook thoroughly. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment.Cook to 145 degrees F. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in baking pan, as printed on package. Do not cut holes in bag. 3. Cook 2 ½ hours; let rest 10 min (Bag may open at seam during cook time). 4. Avoiding steam, use scissors to cut open bag. Peel back for easiest transfer of product into baking pan used; stir. Slow Cooker: 1. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in slow cooker, as printed on package. Do not cut holes in bag. 2. Cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours, covered. 3. Rest 10 min before removing bag from cooker (Bag may open at seam during cook time). 4. Avoiding steam, use scissors to cut open bag. Peel back for easiest transfer of product into slow cooker; stir. Caution: Contents HOT.
