Extremely Heavy and Hard
Crust too hard
Only edible part was fruit
Two pies in a row

I have tried two pies recently Thanksgiving and Christmas that were the Razzleberry Frozen Pies. Previously I have never had an issue with any of their pies and have bought them for many years. However, both of these pies had a very hard crust and the entire pie was so heavy. The only edible part was the fruit inside. I have baked these often and never deviated these two times and both turned out the same so something was wrong with that particular batch. So sad, no strike 3 for me.

Great Product, but terrible Instructions…
The Product is Great
Instructions are too complex.

If an inexperienced cook person attempts to follow the complex instructions of this very good product, the chances of repeat purchases is probably. Clean them up and put warnings at the end. 1. Preheat Oven to 450F 2. Take Pie out of Freezer and let thaw no more than 5 minutes. 3. Gently pierce some holes in the top middle of the pie with fork. 4. Bake pie on baking sheet in center of oven 65 to 70 minutes or until crust in golden brown. 5. Remove pie carefully and set for 3 hrs.

Correction in directions
:)

I love this pie, but did someone already correct the typo in the directions above? It should be COOLED at least 3 hours, NOT cooked 3 hours.

Bake 3 hours, really?!?
looks good on the package
terrible baking instructions

The instructions above say "Pie will slice and serve most easily when cooked at least 3 hours." You might want to revisit those instructions and use the work COOLED rather than COOKED.
