Cooking instructions

Thawing Instructions: Highly Recommended 8-12 Hours: Remove seafood from packaging and place the product in a bowl or on a plate. Cover and put in the refrigerator. Recommended 1-3 Hours: Submerge seafood in its package in a bowl of cold water. Change water every hour. Remove form packaging prior to cooking. Quick Thaw 10-30 Minutes: Place seafood in a strainer in its package and run under ice cold water until thawed. Remove from packaging prior to cooking. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Add 1 tbs of olive oil and bake at 325 degrees F for 8-12 minutes. Pan Sear: Add 1 tbs of olive oil and cover and medium heat for 8-12 minutes. Grill: Add 1 tbs of olive and cover at 325 degrees F for 8-12 minutes. Keep frozen.
