Cooking instructions

Pan Fry: Heat 1/2 cup oil in pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add up to 3 cutlets, cook 2-3 min until edges lightly brown. Turn over, cook 2-3 min. Remove, drain on paper towels.
