Cooking instructions
Keep refrigerated. <br/>Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F to ensure juicy and tender turkey. Use a digital thermometer. <br/>HOW TO ROAST: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. <br/>Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. <br/>Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with rack in center. Place meat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; drizzle with basting oil (optional) and roast 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue to roast about 30 minutes per pound. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest about 10 minutes before carving. <br/>SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
