It was delicious!
It was a delicious! The pork was so tender!
Though I added some of my own seasoning, it was a great base to start with.
I liked the variety for meatballs, sausage, & pork.

sauce to meat ratio is off

Even though Wegman's always produces excellent prepared foods, I never imagined the Sunday Sauce would be as good as it is. My only "complaint" is my husband and I don't find the pork to our liking and would prefer to go without. But the package is sadly a bit shy on meat, so I remove the sauce from the bag and cook stovetop as I can add more. Even with the inconvenience of having to prepare bagless in a stockpot, the Sunday Sauce still is deserving of five stars. Kudos, Wegman's!

Cooking instructions

Do Not Microwave in Package. Remove Label Before Cooking. Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees F with rack in center. 2. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in baking pan, as printed on package. Do Not Cut Holes in Bag. 3. Cook 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven; rest 10 minutes (Bag may open at seam during cook time.) 4. Carefully peel away top of bag to completely open. Caution: Contents HOT. SLOW COOKER: 1. Remove all labels. Place bag right-side-up in slow cooker, as printed on package. Do Not Cut Holes in Bag. 3. Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours; covered. Rest 10 minutes before removing from slow cooker. 4. Carefully peel away top of bag to completely open. Cook thoroughly.

Sauce (Water, Tomatoes [Crushed Tomatoes, Diced Tomatoes, Citric Acid], Onion Puree, Extra Virgin<br/>Olive Oil, Salt, Roasted Garlic [Garlic, Soybean Oil], Basil, Parsley), Pork Loin (with up to 2% added Cultured Sugar*,<br/>Vinegar*), Meatballs (Pork, Water, Wheat Flour, Eggs [Whole Eggs, Citric Acid], Romano Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes, Water, Sodium Citrate, Xanthan Gum], Beef, 2% or less of each: Salt, Flavorings, Brown<br/>Sugar, Dried Beef Stock, Caramel Color), Italian Sausage (Pork, Water, 2% or less of each: Salt, Fennel, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Paprika, Flavorings [including Black Pepper], Extractives of Paprika, Dehydrated Garlic, Lemon Juice Concentrate). *to preserve quality
