This is one of the best pre-made meals I've ever had. It's just enough protein for one serving and it's delicious. I love that I only had to unwrap the plastic, stick it in my convention oven at 350°F for 30 minutes and it came out perfectly.

Bake: Remove wrap. Bake at 350 F for about 30 min or internal temp reaches 165 F.
