Cooking instructions
Keep Refrigerated. Heat and Eat. HOW TO HEAT Heating times may vary depending on your equipment. Microwave (1100 watts) 1. Remove top tray, fork and dressing. Empty contents of top tray into the greens bowl. Drizzle dressing over top. 2. Heat on HIGH about 2 minutes until greens are wilted and grains are warmed. Carefully remove from oven; stir thoroughly and enjoy. For best product quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165° F.
