Cooking instructions
Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook to 160°F. Stovetop: Place sausage in skillet on MEDIUM heat. Cook 15-20 min, turning often to brown all sides. Grill: Preheat grill on MEDIUM for 10 min. Sear sausage 5 min, turning to brown on all sides. Close cover; cook 4-6 min, turning occasionally. Broil: Preheat Broiler with rack placed one level above center. Place sausage on broiler pan or baking sheet. Broil 5 min until browned; turn over and cook 5-6 min. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator in microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
