Cooking instructions
Keep frozen. For best results when breading or marinating frozen Tyson Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake frozen breasts 40 to 50 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. (Bake thawed breasts 35 to 45 minutes). Grill: 1. Preheat grill to Medium heat. 2. Grill frozen breasts, turning occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. (Grill thawed breasts 15 to 20 minutes). Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 170 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken.
