Cooking instructions

"Do Not Microwave in Package. Keep Refrigerated. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees with rack in center. 2. Remove chicken from package; place on baking sheet with sides, skin side up. 3.Cook 45-60 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Rest 5 minutes. GRILL: 1.Preheat grill on MEDIUM. 2. Remove chicken from package. Place chicken on grill, skin side down; close lid. Cook 20 minutes. 3.Turn, close lid; cook an additional 15-25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Rest 5 minutes. Use a digital thermometer."
