Cooking instructions
PREHEAT GRILL/BROILER ON HIGH. SEAR MEAT 3-4 MINUTES. TURN OVER; SEAR 2-3 MINUTES, TURN OVER AGAIN. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM; CLOSE AND COOK 3-6 MINUTES UNTIL THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE IS 145F. THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE MEASURED BY A THERMOMETER. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET REST 5-10 MINUTES.
