Yummy Emmi Fondu in 15 Minutes: 1. Prepare your dippers. 2. Open the bag. 3. Pour 3/4 cup of dry white wine and cheese blend into pan. 4. Over low heat on stove, keep stirring till smooth. 5. Place fondue pot on fondue stand or pan of hot water. Caution: When the product is prepared, the cheese, fondue, fondue pot or other heating source will be hot and may cause burns or other serious injury to the body parts it comes into contact with, plus damage to other objects. Do not microwave. 6. Skewer your dippers (keep stirring). Dip in!!! If fondue is too thick: just add more wine. If fondue is too thin: in a separate dish, dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn starch with 1 tablespoon of wine, add to fondue, stir until fondue thickens. Let's get this party started. Dip till your heart's content! Tasty and fun it turns the ordinary into extra-ordinary - pairs perfectly with wine and good company.
