Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees with rack in center. Place Naan on baking sheet; sprinkle or mist lightly with water or brush lightly with olive oil. Heat 2-3 minutes, until hot. Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Sprinkle or mist lightly with water or brush lightly with olive oil on both sides of Naan. Place directly on grill. Heat 2-3 minutes, gently turning once. Chef Tips: Brush warmed Naan with ghee (clarified butter) or extra virgin olive oil. Top Naan with your favorite ingredients; bake at 450 degrees on preheated pizza stone 7-9 minutes until hot and bubbly. Naan cut into triangles is great with hummus, dips and spreads. Serve square-cut toasted Naan instead of crackers.
