Cooking instructions

Oven Instructions: For best results remove kebabs from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 30 mins. Place kebabs on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes, turning once. Remove baking tray from the oven, drizzle contents of sachet over the kebabs and return to the oven for the remaining 5 minutes. Once cooked allow to rest for a few minutes and serve. Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

INGREDIENTS: Pork Shoulder (75%), Soy, Miso & Ginger Sauce (11%) [Glucose Syrup, Fructose, Demerara Sugar, White Wine Vinegar (White Wine Vinegar, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite )), Soy Sauce Powder ( Soya Bean, Salt, Spirit Vinegar, Maltodextrin), Water, Tomato Purée, White Miso Powder (Rice Koji (Rice, Mould Culture), Soya Bean, Salt, Water), Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt], Water, Soy Sauce Powder [ Soya Bean, Wheat , Salt, Maltodextrin], Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Palm Fat, Sea Salt, Caramelised Sugar Powder, Modified Maize Starch, Dried Garlic, Onion Powder, Tapioca Starch, Rosemary Extract.

Storage instructions

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use immediately.
