Cooking Instructions Instructions: For best results, oven cook from frozen. All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. Check that food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Oven cook Instructions: Pre heat oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6 or fan 180°C. Remove outer packaging and film lid.
