Cooking Instructions Instructions: For best results, microwave from frozen. All appliances vary; the following are guidelines only. The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. Check that food is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. Oven cook Instructions: Pre heat oven to 200ºC / Gas Mark 6 or fan 180ºC. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place container on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover. Return to the oven and heat for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Allow Tray to Stand to Regain Rigidity.
