Oven Instructions: Temperature: 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7 Time: 25-30 mins 220°C/Fan 200°C/ Gas 7 25-30 mins. Put on baking tray, in centre of preheated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning once. The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer and piping hot throughout. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear. Oven from frozen Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Microwave Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Microwave from frozen Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, use immediately.
