Stir Fry Frozen Cook time: 12 min. - 15 min. Based on Whole Bag Heat 25ml (approx. 2-3 dessert spoons) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat. Cut top of the bag. Add product mix to the pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary. Increase heat and stir frequently to reduce liquid if necessary. Microwave Frozen Cat E Cook time: - 14 min. 800w Based on Whole Bag Remove from all packaging. Place into a large microwaveable dish. Cover with cling film and pierce several times. Cook for 8 minutes. Stir, cook for a further 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
