Cooking instructions

Defrost in a refrigerator Cook time: - 12 hr. Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Pan Fry & Oven Defrost Fan 200°C Cook time: 20 min. - 30 min. Gas 7 Remove from all packaging. Remove sachet and place to one side. Rub meat with a little oil and season. Pre-heat frying pan over a medium high heat, place meat in the frying pan, seal on all sides. Transfer to a roasting tin, place near the middle of the oven Cook for: Rare 20 minutes Medium 25 minutes Well Done 30 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes before carving. Hob Defrost Cook time: 1 min. - 2 min. Sauce Only Empty contents of sauce into a small pan, heat gently over a low heat for 1-2 minutes.
