Cooking Instructions General All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Cook times may vary. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Cook from Frozen. Microwave From Frozen Alternatively: 1. Cut off both ends of the plastic packaging and place the product upside down on a microwavable plate. 2. Microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds. 3. Remove the rest of the packaging and put the product right side up back onto the microwavable plate. 4. Microwave for 1 minute further. Do Not Reheat. Oven cook From Frozen 1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC for 5-10 mins to ensure it hits the temperature. 2. Keep product in plastic packaging and place on an ovenable tray. 3. Place the tray in the pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes. Do Not Reheat.
