Stir Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Wok 6-7 min Remove the noodle nest from the pack and heat a wok on a high heat. Add a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray, and stir-fry the veg mix over a high heat for 2 minutes. Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl or jug and add 500ml water and mix thoroughly. Break the noodle nest in half and add to the veg, then pour the stock into the wok. Bring back to boil and cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally (until the noodles are cooked). Serve immediately. Do not allow to stand.
