Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave cook from frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Warning When removing film during cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir rice and sauce separately, recover and cook for a further 2 minutes (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre- heat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir rice and sauce separately, recover and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
